Shipping

Gallaghertire.com will do everything possible to ship your order the same day if placed by 12:00pm EST.  Part of your order may ship from other distribution centers at no additional cost to you, the consumer.

14-Day Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

  • All returns are subject to inspection by a Gallagher Tire returns specialist and are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been mounted and is not damaged is eligible for return.
  • Used items are NOT accepted.
  • If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please email customer service at [email protected] and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you
  • If you need to return a free shipping item because the product was ordered incorrectly AND you purchase a replacement you will only be responsible for the return freight.
  • If you need to return a free shipping item because the product was ordered incorrectly AND do not purchase a replacement you will be responsible for the return freight as well as the original freight.
  • If you need to return a freight added item because the product was ordered incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return freight as well as the original freight.
  • Refunds will be given on unused and undamaged product to your original method of payment.
